With our state of the art reporting, shoppers will call your location on a dedicated line that will ring at your specific location. The shopper will make an inquiry based on a scenario that you want monitored. After the call you can log in to listen to the complete conversation, how many rings it took to be answered and how long you were placed on hold if this occurs. You will be able to download the audio and/or leave it on our server for future review. Some states are two-party states which require a release from all employees who answer the phone, stating they understand any incoming business calls may be recorded.
